These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Welfi. By using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Welfi.
1. Acceptance
Using Welfi means you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Welfi is a personal finance app for tracking accounts, budgeting, multi-currency and asset tracking, reporting, and an educational AI assistant that helps you understand your own financial data.
3. Not financial advice
Welfi, including its AI assistant, provides general educational information only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice and is not a licensed financial or investment advisor.
Nothing in the app is a recommendation to buy, sell, hold, or allocate into any specific investment, security, or asset. You are solely responsible for your own financial decisions. For personal investment advice, consult a licensed professional.
4. Forecasts are estimates
Projected balances, net worth, retirement figures, goal timelines, and similar forecasts are illustrative estimates based on assumptions you set or that the app infers. They are not guarantees of future results.
5. Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. You may delete your account and data at any time from within the app.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, including by attempting to scrape, reverse engineer, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app or other users’ data.
7. Subscriptions

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
